Payment & Return Policy

This Payment and Return Policy applies to payments made to SSHIMOH Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. ("SSHIMOH") through sshimoh.com for consultations and services. Please read it before making a payment.

Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We accept cards, UPI, net-banking and other methods supported by the gateway.
  • Consultation fees depend on the doctor, the session type (e.g. 20-minute or 45-minute) and the mode (online or in-clinic), as displayed at the time of booking.
  • All fees are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Booking Confirmation

Your appointment is confirmed only after successful payment and on-screen/communicated confirmation. If a payment fails or is interrupted, the slot is not reserved; our team may contact you to help complete the booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule or cancel a confirmed appointment by contacting us at +91 72669 93399 at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Rescheduling within available slots is offered at no extra charge, subject to doctor availability.
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund as described below.
  • No-shows or cancellations made after the cut-off, and consultations already commenced, are generally non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank/gateway timelines.
  • If a payment is debited but the booking is not confirmed due to a technical error, the amount is auto-reversed or refunded in full.
  • Where a session cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the clinic or doctor, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

In case of a failed transaction where money is deducted, or an accidental duplicate payment, please contact us with your transaction details and we will verify and refund any eligible amount.

No Returns on Services

As consultations are professional services (not physical goods), there is no "return" of a delivered service; the cancellation and refund terms above apply instead.
