Ms. Ankita is a RCI licensed Clinical Psychologist with a strong academic foundation and diverse clinical experience across leading mental health institutions in India. She completed her BA (Hons.) in Applied Psychology from the University of Delhi, followed by an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Manipal University Jaipur, and went on to earn her MPhil in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, Lucknow Campus. Her advanced training has equipped her with expertise in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions across the lifespan. She began her professional journey as a Counselling Psychologist at Athena Behavioural Health in 2022, where she worked extensively with individuals presenting with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality vulnerabilities, and interpersonal difficulties. She later served as a Consultant Psychologist at Amaha, gaining experience in structured, protocol-driven care within multidisciplinary teams. Currently, she practices as a Clinical Psychologist at BBRFI (2025–present) and YesMindy (2025–present), where she provides comprehensive psychological assessments and psychotherapy services. Her work integrates cognitive-behavioural approaches with depth-oriented and trauma-informed frameworks, tailored to individual client needs. Ms. Ankita is known for her empathetic yet structured therapeutic style, strong case conceptualization skills, and commitment to ethical, client-centered care. She works collaboratively with clients to foster insight, emotional regulation, resilience, and sustainable psychological growth.
