Dr. Bhagwat Rajput is a distinguished Neuropsychiatrist, academician, healthcare administrator, and mental health advocate with over 17 years of experience in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. He currently serves as Pro Vice-Chancellor of Sanskaram University and Professor & Head of the Department of Psychiatry at Sanskaram School of Medical Sciences. He is also the Founder and Director of Neuropsyche Centers, Dwarka (NCR), and a Senior Visiting Consultant at leading healthcare institutions including Manipal Hospitals, Max Healthcare, and Venkateshwar Hospital.
With extensive expertise in Neuropsychiatry, Clinical Psychiatry, Behavioral Sciences, Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, and Community Psychiatry, Dr. Rajput has dedicated his career to advancing mental healthcare, psychiatric education, and public awareness. He has been actively involved in teaching and mentoring MBBS, MD, and DNB students, contributing significantly to the development of future healthcare professionals.
Dr. Rajput is a prolific researcher and author with numerous publications in national and international medical journals. He has also contributed articles to leading English and Hindi newspapers and frequently shares expert insights through national media platforms, panel discussions, and public awareness campaigns on mental health and well-being.
His contributions to healthcare and medical administration have earned him several prestigious accolades, including the DMA State Award (2025), Healthcare Personality of the Year (2024), Navodaya Gaurav Award (2024), Healthcare Personality of the Year 2023–24, Best Hospital Administrator & Doctor of the Year (2022), National COVID-19 Service Excellence Award (2021), and Best Doctor of the Year – Neuropsychiatrist (2019).
