About this test
Adult ADHD is frequently missed, particularly in people who did well at school or who were never disruptive. The six questions here are the Part A screener — the subset that best predicts whether a full ADHD assessment will find something.
The questions are about everyday friction: finishing the last details of a project, getting things in order, remembering appointments, avoiding tasks that need thought, fidgeting, and feeling driven by a motor.
Four or more marks in the shaded range is a positive screen. That does not mean you have ADHD; it means the pattern is consistent enough that a proper evaluation is justified. Diagnosis in adults requires evidence that difficulties began in childhood and affect more than one area of life.

| Score | Result | What it suggests |
|---|---|---|
| 4–6 | Symptoms consistent with adult ADHD | A positive screen — a full evaluation is worthwhile. |
| 0–3 | Few ADHD indicators | Below the screening threshold on these six items. |
